Warr Acres, Okla., chamber of commerce; member of the Oklahoma state house of
representative, 1987-1993; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Third and
to the six succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1993-January 3, 2007); not a
candidate for reelection, but was an unsuccessful candidate for Governor of
Oklahoma in 2006.
