A BILL 
To require providers of health care products and services 

to publicly disclose point-of-sale cash prices. 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Transparent Health 4

Care Pricing Act of 2020’’. 5

SEC. 2. TRANSPARENCY IN ALL HEALTH CARE PRICING. 6

Not later than 90 days after the date of the enact-7

ment of this Act, all providers to the public of health care 8

products and services shall publicly disclose on the inter-9
