Duncan, and simultaneously elected to the One Hundred First Congress; reelected to the One Hundred Second and to the thirteen succeeding Congresses (November 8, 1988-January 3, 2019); was not a candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Sixteenth Congress in 2018.
